ACEE 2025–2026 Travel Season


Sign-ups are now open for the upcoming season!

September 13th, 5 PM-8 PM: Ages 10-15 (Closed)

September 20th, 5 PM-8 PM: Ages 16-18

September 21st, 6 PM-8 PM : Alternate Date, Ages 10-18

Athletes are only required to attend one session to be considered for a team. Athletes should attend the session designated to their division age if available. Final placement is not only dependent on age.

Tryout cost: $25 plus a USAV/Excelsior membership (see below)

USAV and Excelsior require a membership to participate in any sanctioned events, including tryouts. We recommend selecting the "ONE-EVENT-JUNIORS" membership for $15, which allows a 5-day pass.

Please reach out if your athlete is unable to attend their designated or alternate session. Include their name, date of birth, reason, and a contact number or email. Please note that they will still be required to have a tryout membership. - acee@aceevbc.com

2025-2026 Season: This year at ACEE, we’ll be offering a range of ages and regional teams.

Tournament Locations: Will vary, with some being local to Orange County, Upstate NY, North Jersey, Hartford (CT), and more.

With age division as a factor, teams will have 4–7 tournaments from late November to April, including some overnight events (2–3 days) that require a hotel stay.

Practice days and times will be determined after tryouts.

Practice Locations: Liberty Church (Middletown), The Jump (Goshen), PJCSD (Port Jervis)

Tuition Costs: $1,500–$1,800, depending on factors such as age, level of play, and competition.
Not included in tuition:

  • Season USAV/Excelsior membership

  • Jerseys for new athletes ($75)

  • Travel costs (hotel, spectator admission, etc.)
