Welcome Back! Hello ACEE Families, the upcoming season is quickly approaching and I am so excited to see the strides that our athletes will make this season! As always, it is an honor to coach and to play a role in the athletic career and life of all the ACEE girls.

Exciting New Additions

Faith Based Alignment: This year, ACEE Volleyball Club will be operating as a Christian organization.

Were inviting the athletes to pray together at practices and events

Each team will also get the opportunity to pick their own Bible verse as an inspirational affirmation for the season.

In addition to their team activities, each team will have the opportunity to serve the community.

  • Always Optional: Faith-based activities are entirely optional for every family.

  • Zero Pressure: No athlete will ever be obligated to participate, nor will they ever be penalized, excluded, or treated differently if they choose not to.

  • A Welcoming Home: Our core commitment never changes—every single athlete is welcome here and will be embraced with the utmost dignity, kindness, and respect.

ACEE 2026-2027 Travel Season

Tryout Dates:

September 12th: 5:30 PM - 8:15 PM ~ Age 11-15

September 19th: 5:30 - 8:15 PM  ~ Age 16 -18

September 26th: 5:30 - 8:15 PM  ~ Age 11-15

September 27th: 5:30 - 8:15 PM  ~ Age 16 -18

Athletes are only required to attend one session. All athletes will be evaluated to the same extent for each tryout session; there is no advantage to an earlier or later session. Athletes are grouped by date of birth for tryouts, not their intended age division. Please select their session based on the USAV Age Definition Chart.

Tryout Fee: $40

Athletes are required to have a 26-27 XLRVA membership to tryout.

2026-2027 Season: This year at ACEE, we’ll be offering a range of ages and regional teams.

Tournament Locations: Will vary, with some being local to Orange County, Upstate NY, North Jersey, Hartford (CT), and more.

With age division as a factor, teams will have 4–7 tournaments from late November to late April / early May, including 1-3 overnight events (2–3 days) that require a designated hotel stay.

Practice days and times will be determined after tryouts.

Practice Locations: Liberty Church (Middletown), The Jump (Goshen), TBD

Tuition Costs: $1,650–$1,850, depending on factors such as age, level of play, and competition.
Not included in tuition:

  • Season USAV/Excelsior membership

  • Jerseys for new athletes ($75)

  • Travel costs (hotel, spectator admission, etc.)
